The beautiful City of Napa, California practically needs no introduction. The City is located in Wine Country in Northern California and home to some of the most prestigious vineyards in the world.  The City boasts quality and diverse neighborhoods, vibrant business corridors, top-notch food and wine amenities, and many other cultural features. Napa is a City with a low crime rate, a high standard of living, clean air, and nearly perfect weather.

To qualify for the outstanding opportunity, you should possess a the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in risk management, business or public administration, or a related field, four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in risk management including safety, workers’ compensation, and/or accident prevention, and at least two years of supervisory experience. A Master’s degree, Associate’s in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), or equivalent designation is highly desirable.

The annual salary range is $145,103 - $175,300, depending on qualifications. A 3% salary increase is scheduled for December 24, 2023. The City fully supports both remote work (up to two days per week) and flexible work schedules.
