We are committed to local government and sensitive to the challenges and issues faced by our clients and candidates. As such, we support the mission, goals and programs of numerous professional associations including the International City/County Management Association, Municipal Management Associations of Northern & Southern California, Women Leading Government, and the International Hispanic Network. In addition, we provide numerous workshops, resume and cover letter review, training sessions, interview preparation and general career guidance for all levels of professionals. We know that the work performed by local government professions is complex, challenging, and special; it’s a passion and not teachable through a book.
