Information Technology Manager - City of San Leandro, CA

The City is actively investing in staff and infrastructure to enhance services and improve the performance of IT core service delivery and achieve operational excellence.  One Manager will be responsible for the Infrastructure & Operations Division, and the second will manage the Business Applications Division.  Excellent communication, contract management, customer service, and project management skills are a must. 

The Manager of the Infrastructure & Operations Division must have significant experience managing infrastructure along with broad information technology experience. The Manager of the Business Applications Division must be process-improvement oriented and have significant experience managing large enterprise projects and business applications.

These positions require 4 years of experience providing technical support in the installation, maintenance, and repair of information technology infrastructure and systems that include 3 years of project management and supervisory experience. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field is required and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.

The City offers an excellent benefit package including flexible schedules and telework options. The annual salary range is $147,108 - $178,812, DOQE.
