The City Manager is seeking a collaborative human resources professional who is solution oriented and thrives working in a small team environment in support of the Town’s objectives.  Experienced Human Resource leaders who are energetic, driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently to manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Division are encouraged to apply.

A BA with major coursework in human resources, business or public admin, or a related field & 5 years of increasingly responsible professional human resources experience is required.  Public sector experience is preferred.  The annual salary is up to $162,110 DOQE with an outstanding benefit package that includes flexible work schedules, rental assistance, and a retiree health savings account.
