Human Resources Director - Solano County, California

To qualify for the outstanding opportunity, you should possess a BA in human resources mgmt, business or public admin, or a related field, 7 yrs of progressively responsible experience in HR, employee & labor relations, and risk mgmt, 2 years supervisory experience, and robust public sector union experience. Possession of professional HR certifications and a MA are desirable.

The annual salary range is $189,802 – $230,705, DOQ.  The County offers an outstanding benefit package including relocation assistance, 401(a) and RHS accounts, a generous contribution to medical, and fully paid dental & vision insurance.
