The City Manager seeks a qualified professional with experience in public sector finance and leadership to serve as its Finance Director. Strong Finance, administrative and leadership skills are required, as is a supportive and communicative management style. The next Finance Director will communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and will have the ability to present complex financial information to the City Council and a variety of audiences. A commitment to first class customer service, internally and externally, is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be a “hands-on” Finance Director with strong leadership skills and demonstrated technical expertise who can manage personnel and resources effectively and guide the important priorities outlined by the Council and the City Manager’s Office.
